A morning spent with the Hadzabe, one of the last true hunter-gatherer communities in Africa, typically including joining an actual hunt or foraging trip and a visit to the neighboring Datoga blacksmiths. It's a genuinely different kind of morning from anything else on a typical itinerary.
This is the same Lake Eyasi cultural morning built into Abakombe's longer northern-circuit itineraries, such as the 11-Day Tanzania Big Five and Wildebeest Migration Safari. It works best with an early start, since the Hadzabe typically hunt and forage in the cooler morning hours.
