Night Game Drive

With a spotlight picking out glowing eyes in the dark, a night drive reveals animals you rarely see by day, such as genets, civets, bushbabies and predators setting out to hunt. Only some areas allow night drives, so availability depends on your route.

Night driving is usually permitted in certain concessions and private conservation areas rather than in the main national parks. If it is important to you, tell us early and we will choose a camp or lodge that offers it rather than trying to fit it in later.
