Overview
This ten-day trip visits six outstanding places: Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Lake Natron, the central Serengeti, the Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Eyasi. It combines classic game viewing with striking landscapes that few visitors see.
Lake Natron, with its red-tinted water, adds a dramatic change from the usual northern route. At Lake Eyasi you can meet the Hadzabe, one of the last hunter-gatherer peoples in East Africa, which adds real cultural depth to the wildlife days.
The trip starts and ends in Arusha, with an experienced driver-guide throughout.
