Overview
This six-day trip combines a full climb of Mount Meru with a real safari in and around Arusha National Park and the northern parks. It is a good fit if you don't have time for Kilimanjaro plus a safari but still want both a mountain and wildlife.
The climb follows the usual Meru route to the 4,566m summit, then returns to Arusha. The safari days that follow take you into nearby game-viewing areas, giving you a complete trip without the time Kilimanjaro would need.
It suits travelers who want a real physical challenge alongside their wildlife viewing, without spending two weeks on it.

DEPARTURE
Final morning at leisure (or an early game drive, if timing allows) before your transfer out.
