Overview
Five days lets you enjoy Zanzibar without hurrying. There is time to go beyond your hotel for a spice tour or a day in Stone Town, and still have long, slow days on the beach.
For this length of stay we often suggest two hotels instead of one. Many guests, especially honeymooners, spend the first couple of nights somewhere very special, then move to a more modest hotel for the rest. You get a taste of real luxury without paying top rates every night.
Whether you stay in one place or two, five days leaves room for both activity and rest.
