Overview
This six-day trip combines Uganda's two great primate experiences: gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and chimpanzee tracking in Kibale Forest.
For the gorillas, you hike through thick forest to find a habituated family, then spend a carefully controlled hour close to them. Tracking chimps in Kibale is faster-paced and set in forest with one of the highest numbers of primates in Africa.
Both activities are in high demand, so we suggest booking early to secure permits for your preferred dates.
