Overview
This trip is timed for one of Africa's great wildlife spectacles: the calving season on the Ndutu plains. As many as 8,000 wildebeest calves can be born in a single day, and lions, cheetahs and hyenas gather to hunt them.
Because the action takes place in a fairly small area, drives focus on good positioning instead of covering distance. Our guides know Ndutu's seasonal patterns well and can predict where predators are likely to be as calving peaks.
We can adjust the length, pace and choice of camps to suit your dates and photography goals.
