Overview
This four-day safari is built for photographers. Game drives are timed for the best light, the vehicle has room to move for different angles, and your guide is used to positioning for photographers rather than general sightseers.
You shoot elephants beneath Tarangire's baobabs and then move to the Serengeti, where the open plains give long sightlines and clean backgrounds that help you isolate your subject. Contact us for dates.

Day by Day (4 days)
ARRIVAL AND PHOTOGRAPHY BRIEFING
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where your photographic guide meets you and takes you to a boutique lodge in Arusha. In the evening you go through the plan, the best camera settings for African light and the wildlife to expect.
Overnight at Arusha Coffee Lodge with dinner and breakfast included.
TARANGIRE'S ELEPHANTS AND BAOBABS
After breakfast you drive about three hours to Tarangire, arriving for lunch, followed by a long afternoon game drive among giant baobabs and big elephant herds, ending with sunset positions over the Tarangire River.
Overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge, full board.
SERENGETI AND THE MIGRATION
A full day in the Serengeti following the migration. In season, your guide positions you at river crossing points for one of nature's most dramatic photographic subjects.
Overnight at Serengeti Baobab Tented Camp, full board.
FINAL SHOOT AND DEPARTURE
A last morning game drive, then the drive back from the Serengeti to Arusha and transfer to Kilimanjaro Airport for your international flight. Breakfast and lunch included.
