Overview
This 5-day itinerary pairs luxury accommodation with a Northern Circuit safari built for genuine comfort — private game drives, well-appointed lodges and tented camps, and a pace that leaves real room to enjoy each park rather than rushing between them.
Days typically cover the Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti, timed to make the most of whichever stage of the migration is active during your travel dates. A final morning often includes a visit to a nearby Maasai village before the return transfer to Arusha.
This length works well as a complete short luxury safari, or as the wildlife half of a longer trip extended with a Zanzibar beach stay.

Day by Day (5 days)

Depart Arusha in the morning for Lake Manyara. Afternoon game drive, dinner, and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge. Lunch box and dinner.
After breakfast depart for Serengeti passing through Olduvai Gorge, the site of Leakey’s family discovery of fossils of human and animal ancestors dating back to almost two million years. Meals and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. All meals included.
Full day in Serengeti plains in search of the wild game you might have missed the previous game drive. Morning and afternoon game drives. Meals and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge. All meals included.
After breakfast, a 4wheel drive vehicle will take you 2000ft down to the crater, enjoy picnic lunch at the crater, ascend back to Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight. All meals included.
After breakfast visit to the Masai Village, then depart for Arusha.
