Overview
This itinerary is built specifically for serious big-cat photography, prioritizing time at known lion, leopard and cheetah territories over covering as much ground as possible — patience at the right spot consistently produces better images than constantly moving between sightings.
Game drives are scheduled around golden hour whenever possible, with photographic vehicles fitted for camera work rather than standard game viewing. Guides here are chosen specifically for their tracking knowledge of the Serengeti's resident predator populations, not just general park familiarity.
The trip closes with a transfer back to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.

Day by Day (5 days)
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). We will arrange a private transfer from the airport to Moivaro Coffee Lodge in Arusha where the rest of the day is at leisure. The lodge is beautifully located on a coffee farm and is a perfect place to prepare for your adventure.
Dinner and overnight at Moivaro Coffee Lodge: half board
Morning breakfast at Moivaro Lodge. Game drive en route to the great Serengeti Plains via Ngorongoro Conservation Area. After a picnic lunch proceed with your game drive in the central Serengeti National Park around Seronera or trace the direction of the migration.
Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Acacia Tented Camp: full board
Depending on the time of the year and the migration of the herds you can expect to see wildebeest, lions, elephants, giraffe, zebras, monkey, baboons, hippos, rhino, various antelope as well as a multitude of birds.

An early morning game drive in the Serengeti followed by a picnic lunch on the way to Ngorongoro Crater. Today we will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for your crater tour. Explore the forest areas inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area where we may see flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt. Picnic lunch will be served in the crater.

You’ll be transferred from the lodge to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight.
